WHAT ABOUT PRIVATE PAY?
For our Private Pay families, we also offer “Superbills”. This document includes all the information an insurance company needs to create a healthcare claim (CPT codes, billing statement, provider information, etc.) Clients who submit superbills to their insurance have the potential for reimbursement or partial reimbursement for services.

WILL INSURANCE COVER SPEECH & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY?
Coverage of services is dependent upon each individual plan, as well as the type of service (individual session, group session, evaluation, consultation services, etc.)

WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are currently in-network and can accept the following insurance plan(s):
BlueCross BlueShield (Commercial)
Our office will provide a benefit/eligibility check and provide you with a summary of the anticipated patient responsibility via a ‘Cost Of Care’ document. Ultimately, clients are responsible for confirming insurance coverage as some insurance plans may include copayments, visit limits, exclusions, etc. Wonderlight highly recommends checking with your insurance company prior to your first visit to determine whether or not your child’s therapy services qualify for coverage.
